Senior Building Services Manager

Position: Senior Building Services Manager 
Location: London

An excellent job opportunity for a Senior Building Services to work for a leading international tier one main contractor. This position is to support the delivery of some of the most innovative, sustainable and technically advanced commercial office fit out projects in London.


YWhat will you be doing:

• High end commercial Cat B Fit Out experience

• Managing of the subcontractors

• Managing and leading the health and safety standar

• Liaising with the design management team

• Delivering the work packages in line with programme constraints, quality standards and budgets

• Meeting and exceeding client expectations to drive repeat business

• Managing of client inspections and sign offs of work elements

• Achieving all business unit and company KPI's

• Chairing regular safety, production and quality meetings

• Maintaining high quality records.

Let’s talk about you….

You will have high end commercial Cat A/B Fit Out experience You will have a degree in mechanical engineering or building services. You are digitally astute and can build lasting client relationships. Detailed knowledge of MEP packages including installation techniques, best practice, and single system commissioning requirements. You will have a commercial project experience, construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career.
