Antonio’s CV includes an array of successful roles in both recruitment and learning and development. Starting at Hays, he then moved to Laing O’Rourke to lead an internal recruitment team before taking on wider responsibilities as head of a data-led training and development team. He has extensive experience both in developing training strategies and analysing and refining the data that supports those strategies. He couples this with a deep understanding of the construction, infrastructure and associated supply chain sectors.
