Senior Quantity Surveyor

Essex - Data Centre Project

A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a successful, multi-disciplinary contractor specialising in data centre construction throughout London and the Home Counties.

This role will support a high-profile data centre project in Essex, now progressing into its next phase. Responsibilities will include managing packages related to groundwork, steelworks, cladding, and internal walls, with a total package value of £20 million.The project, running until 2026, operates under a JCT contract.

Salary: Up to £85,000, with a full benefits package, including a £5,000 car allowance.

Role Requirements:
