We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fit Out Project Manager to join our rapid growing team working on projects ranging from £250,000 to £3,000,000.

Key Responsibilities: As a Fit-Out Project Manager you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our projects. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Tender Meetings: Actively participate in tender meetings to discuss project scopes, requirements, and timelines with clients and stakeholders.
- Drawing Analysis: Review and interpret architectural and construction drawings to ensure project specifications are accurately implemented.
- Estimating Support: Collaborate with the estimating team to provide insights, cost estimations, and value engineering options for project tenders.
- QS Assistance: Assist the Quantity Surveying team with cost management, procurement, and contractual matters to ensure project financials are on track.
Key Duties:
- Attend and contribute to client and stakeholder meetings, providing technical insights and project updates.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design intent and project specifications are met.
- Support the preparation of detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Assist in the evaluation of project tenders, analysing cost estimates and identifying potential savings.
- Work closely with the QS team to manage budgets, track expenses, and handle variations and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment on-site.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management within the fit out or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building regulations.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
