Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Programme Controls Function: Oversee programme controls, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of plans, costs, safety, environmental considerations, and performance reporting.
- Review Project Proposals: Evaluate new project proposals and remits to ensure the development of realistic and resource-efficient plans for programme delivery.
- Resource Management: Identify and manage resourcing requirements, liaising with planning teams to address and resolve any resource issues effectively.
- Reporting & Support: Provide efficient, day-to-day services to Programme and Project Managers, delivering accurate reports on plans, costs, safety, environment, and programme performance.
- Data Integrity: Ensure that data entered into cost and performance systems by project teams meet the required data standards, maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.
- Proven experience as a Project Controls Manager in major construction projects.
- Excellent understanding of programme management and controls, including planning, cost management, and performance reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage resources effectively within complex and high-value infrastructure projects.
