Project Commercial Manager

We are working with a tier 1 client who are currently looking for a Commercial Manager to lead their entire commercial team on several challenging projects in London.

You'll have the opportunity to work on some major rail and infrastructure projects and see them through from conception all the way to delivery. As a Commercial Manager you will be expected to use your knowledge and experience within the industry to:

• Set up necessary systems to efficiently file and retrieve information and allow others to do likewise.
• Establish Commercial Strategy and Framework for the project(s) and agree, amend, and monitor the effectiveness of these stratagies with the Director/Commercial Manager.

A perfect candidate will:

• Hold relevant qualifications (e.g. degree in quantity survyeing).
• Have experience within the rail, construction or civils industry.
• Have experience with similar role.
• Have experience identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities.
