NEC Supervisor (QA Supervisor)
Electrical bias, NEC4 Option A experience
£300/day Ltd or CIS or Umbrella
Duration: July 2024 – at least January 2025 (potential to extend up to August 2025)
Construction Works: Install EV Bus charging infrastructure into existing bus depots, approx. 50 – 60 charge points per depot, new substations, transformers, switch rooms, HV & LV cabling, steelwork, concrete bases, general civils, ducting, pavement reinstatement, bollards, barriers, lining, signing, testing and commissioning of electrical systems etc.
4 sites in parallel due to be constructed by December/January, then 1 next year.
Value: each job c. £5m

NEC Supervisor:
- NEC 4 Option A experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Overseeing the works on site on a daily basis.
- Producing site reports on a regular occurrence to detail the goings on of the site works.
- Using CEMAR to highlight any defects and produce a defects register and ensure these are closed out in a timely manner and to the standard required
- Attendance of site will be required daily
- Reviewing design proposals for the works and any Compensation Events
- Supporting the NEC PM in any of his duties for the 5 x NEC 4 Contracts
