Salary: £48,000 + £5,000 Shift Bonus

Continental Shift 

As a Multi Skilled Engineer you will collaborate with colleagues to inspire customer satisfaction and best in class service delivery at all times. 


Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for servicing and maintaining all types of work undertaken within Service Level Agreements. Multi skilled with electrical core competence.
• Maintaining and repairing all building services equipment, which may include motor control panels, PAT testing, distribution systems, single and three-phase switchgear, small power and lighting, emergency lighting systems, emergency power systems.
• To be fully conversant with electrical isolation and test requirements
• Service and maintain plant and equipment associated with building services systems.
• Active involvement in day-to-day operations of building services plant and equipment.
• Fault finding on building services equipment.
• Carry out/assist in all minor new works including system installations and refurbishments as required.
• Carry out basic maintenance on electrical distribution systems, lighting, hot and cold water systems, and plumbing services
• including knowledge of water hygiene.
• Prepare detailed reports/technical. Communications on work carried out and submit to contracts manager/client as required.

Essential Experience

• 5+ years experience in a similar building environment
• Either a mechanical OR electrical biased qualification.
• Broad technical knowledge and understanding of FM and building systems
