MEP Quantity Surveyor
Building Services / Construction (Data Centres)
Surrey Perm OR Freelance
My client is a distinctive multi-disciplinary Building Services Contractor with expertise in the planning, construction, MEP, and maintenance of crucial infrastructure projects. With a strong dedication to innovation, sustainability, and excellence, they have earned trust as a reliable partner for hyperscale data centre developments and other intricate engineering endeavours.
We are currently in search of an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team engaged in an exciting hyperscale Data Centre project scheduled until the summer of 2025, with potential future phases extending to 2028.
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful completion of this cutting-edge facility and collaborating closely with an experienced Senior MEP QS.
This opportunity is open for both PAYE and Freelance arrangements, and the PAYE option includes the following benefits:
