  • Working closely with project, design, and delivery teams on-site
  • Supporting risk and opportunity management across MEP works

About You
You will be an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor with a background in either MEP contracting or main contractor environments.
You will ideally have:
  • Proven experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor on large construction or infrastructure projects
  • NEC contract exposure (preferred), with JCT experience also considered
  • Experience on data centres, MEP-led projects, or other technically complex schemes
  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
  • The ability to work full-time on-site (5 days per week)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Package & Benefits
  • Salary: £70,000 – £75,000
  • Car Allowance: £7,200
