People Group has been tasked with sourcing an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their specialist systems division, working across a range of Commercial, Data Centre and mixed-use projects up to £15m in value. If you’re experienced in managing complex specialist packages and ready to step into a role with more autonomy and impact — this is the opportunity for you.
The Role:
As an MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will:
• Take full commercial responsibility for specialist MEP packages.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
• Oversee cost planning, forecasting, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with in-house design and operational teams to ensure commercial objectives are met.
• Support and mentor junior surveyors as needed.
