The organisation I represent is a dynamic and accomplished MEP contractor with over 60 years of industry experience. It is well-known for its expertise in various sectors, including commercial, life sciences, healthcare, residential, and data centers across the UK, with multiple regional offices.
Due to ongoing growth and success, we are recruiting for several MEP Quantity Surveyor positions, open to candidates ranging from intermediate to senior levels of seniority. These roles will be within their residential specialist division, focusing on significant apartment, hotel, and student accommodation projects across London and the UK. Projects are brand new and you will be involved from preconstruction to completion.
In this role, you will primarily be site-based, with occasional visits to the client's brand-new office in Central London as needed.
