My client is a large, Tier 1 Building Services Contractor specialising in the residential sector. With over twenty live projects in the South East, they’re in the midst of a very busy period and are enjoying a strong pipeline of work.
An MEP Projects Director is required to oversee four live projects, all with the same Main Contractor. This position is akin to an Account Director position, and you will oversee circa £100m of work over an eighteen month period.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Pre-construction, procurement, and assistance with bids for project
- Working with the commercial team, assisting with cost control of the project with close alignment to QS - Financial reporting to management.
- Delegation of work to project team and full management of it (Project Managers, Engineers, Site Managers, Supervisors etc).
- Monitoring performance of the supply chain and implementing procedures and processes to drive performance, quality and productivity.
- Health & Safety – investigating and reporting on any injuries that occur on site.
