Small Works MEP Project Manager
Location – London
Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 + Travel & Bonus
 
We are currently recruiting for a small works project manager. Our client are a small business who is on a massive growth trajectory so this Is the perfect time to get in with a fast growing, well respected FM business.
 
Assistance with the following activities:-
 

• Project liaison from enquiry stage to final acceptance and documentation. Meeting with clients to discuss specific requirements and carry out site surveys as required.
• Management of Design of HVAC Systems  
• Instructing, directing, controlling, and allocating work to Sub & Trade Contractors and Operatives, with attention to quality, productivity and safety.
• Interpretation and checking of drawings, specifications, and schedules for all activities. Directing works accordingly & preparing final documentation (As Built Drawings etc.).
• Procurement of goods and services (placing orders etc)
• Preparation of estimates and quotations.
• Management / Supervision of Site Activities
• Completion of contract documents.
• Production of risk assessments and method statements.
• Management of health, safety, and environmental issues.

 
The right candidate will basically shadow the director for the first 6 months and cover the gaps (i.e. Supervise activities – reporting back to them)
