A mid-sized Mechanical & Electrical Contractor requires an MEP Project Manager (ideally mechanically biased) to deliver a high-end residential project in London, which is currently in design stage and due to start on site in May.

Under new leadership, this is an interesting time to join the company and be part of their growth plans to double turnover in the next five years.

Job Duties include:

• Manage and select use of materials & safe systems of work which will impact the project
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders (colleagues, design consultants etc).
• Management of sub-contractors, monitoring and reviewing performance and KPI’s
• Establish and oversee local implementation of engineering systems, documentation / controls to comply with H&S legislation, & company standards
• RFI’s and technical submittals
• Value Engineering
