My client is a large, Tier 1 Building Services Contractor specialising in residential, commercial, education, and science & technology sectors, with over twenty live projects in the South East, they’re in the midst of a very busy period and are enjoying a strong pipeline of work. An MEP Projects Director is required to oversee a large commercial shell & core project worth £45mil, located in Bank that is currently in the pre-construction phase.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Pre-construction, procurement, and assistance with bids for project
• Working with the commercial team, assisting with cost control of the project with close alignment to QS - Financial reporting to management.
• Delegation of work to project team and full management of it (Project Managers, Engineers, Site Managers, Supervisors etc).
• Monitoring performance of the supply chain and implementing procedures and processes to drive performance, quality and productivity.
• Health & Safety – investigating and reporting on any injuries that occur on site.
