My client is a market leading, privately-owned Building Services contractor, renowned for successfully delivering major commercial, Data Centre & Life Sciences projects across the UK.
They’ve experienced dramatic growth in the last two years and are looking to start delivering planning in-house rather than outsourcing it. As such, an MEP Planner vacancy has been created for their commercial fit-out division.
Both experienced Planners and Project Engineers / Project Managers with engineering backgrounds looking to move into planning will happily be considered for this position.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and manage detailed MEP project schedules using planning software
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Identify potential delays and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare regular progress reports and update stakeholders on project status.
- Review and analyse project plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
