MEP Design Manager

An excellent job opportunity for an MEP Design Manager (Electrical OR Mechanical bias) to work for a family-owned engineering and services business, delivering outstanding projects throughout the built environment across the UK. An established business that was founded over 60 years ago. This business is forward thinking and is passionate about innovation, always seeking different methods to impact the industry.


This role will support the design delivery for a shell & core £25m commercial project in London. 

What will you be doing:

• Coordinating electrical design for signature projects
• Working closely with consultants and sub-contractors
• Reviewing project scope and ensuring the schedule and budgets are effectively managed
• Driving improvement through constant review and analysis
• Ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date with progress
• Identifying potential anomalies / problems
