Mechanical Project Manager 
Building Services / Construction 

North London

A mid-sized M&E Contractor that specialize in Residential and commercial projects across the UK is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a residential project located Haringey.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join the company under new leadership, contributing to its ambitious growth plans to double turnover within the next five years. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring project success through effective management and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates, to ensure successful execution of mechanical engineering projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to define project requirements, deliverables, and goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, providing direction, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure that team members adhere to project schedules and quality standards.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, monitoring expenditures, and controlling costs to keep the project within financial constraints.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project resources.
  • Oversee the quality of all mechanical installations, ensuring they meet design specifications, industry standards, and client expectations.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
