Position: Mechanical Package Manager
Location: London

An excellent job opportunity for an Mechanical Package Manager to work on a signature student accommodation residential project for a leading tier one main contractor.  
As a Mechanical Construction Manager, you will take charge of Mechanical aspects of the signature student accommodation project in London. Your strong leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional organizational skills will be key in ensuring the successful delivery of the project. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, managing the Mechanical installations, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
 
What will you be doing:

Lead and manage the Mechanical construction activities of the project from start to finish.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project schedules and quality standards.
Review and interpret Mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance and resolve any conflicts or issues.
Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical systems, ensuring they meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
Monitor and control project progress, budgets, and resources, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or delays.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality control, and compliance with project specifications.
Maintain effective communication and foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. 

Let’s talk about you…. 
You will have a background in mechanical package management or mechanical construction management on residential projects within the UK. You are digitally astute and can build lasting client relationships. Detailed knowledge of MEP packages including installation techniques, best practice, and single system commissioning requirements.
