This role offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and a clear career progression path, with the expectation of stepping into a full Project Manager role within 2 years.

The Role As a Junior Electrical Project Manager, you will work closely with senior project managers to deliver large-scale data centre projects. Key Responsibilities
- Support senior project managers in the delivery of electrical packages on data centre projects
- Assist in planning, coordination, and management of on-site activities
- Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers under the guidance of senior staff
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Electrical background (degree, HND, apprenticeship, or equivalent)
- 1–3 years’ experience in an electrical role (site or project management exposure desirable)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ambitious and motivated to develop into a Project Manager role
- £50,000 salary + £6,000 travel allowance, 25% bonus, 5% pension, 25 days annual leave + birthday off, can buy more holiday,
