A small but successful and ambitious MEP Design Consultancy requires an intermediate MEP Revit Technician to join its thriving team in North East London.
 
My client is on the lookout for somebody relatively early on in their Building Services career, who has a passion for the industry and wants personal development, which will be provided in abundance by the owners themselves.
 
Although a small team, you will eventually have lots of autonomy and a real part to play in the company’s growth and how they operate.
 
If you are tired of just feeling like a number, this could be the role for you!
To be considered, you must have solid experience using Revit MEP, either for a consultancy or a contractor.
 
Hybrid working is on offer.

Duties:

• Develop 2D & 3D structural models, producing necessary drawings using Revit
• Create detailed schematics and detailed drawings in accordance with project scopes
• Ensuring accurate control of documentation
• Maintaining and developing positive working relationships with clients
• Keeping up to speed with the latest relevant CAD / Revit updates
