Graduate / Intermediate Building Surveyor – London (Waterloo, SE1)
Salary: £28,500 – £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits

- Contract administration (projects up to £3.5m)
- Insurance reinstatement work
- Condition & planned maintenance surveys
- Defect analysis and diagnosis
- Party wall matters & licence to alter
- Pre-acquisition surveys
- Project management and employer’s agent roles

Building Surveyor
- A RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or equivalent
- Passion to build a career in consultancy and achieve chartered status
- Solid communication and IT skills (Excel & Word essential)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- A confident, professional manner with a collaborative approach
Nice to Have
- AutoCAD experience
- Previous experience in construction or surveying
- Full driving licence
- Based within 1 hour of SE1
