Our client is on the lookout for a Global Mobility Manager to manage their end-to-end operations for the next 6 months. Job Summary
  • Manages / triages the new mobility requests and questions coming into the Global Mobility HR team and coordinates responses
  • Case Management for international assignments [Long Term / Short Term / Commuters] throughout the end-to-end lifecycle
  • Produces assignment related documents, including assignment agreements
  • Maintains case tracker
  • Initiates vendors
  • Shares relevant data with key international and external stakeholders regarding new and current Global Mobility moves

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Case Management for international assignments [Long Term / Short Term / Commuters] throughout the end-to-end lifecycle by delivering:
  • Mobility Briefing / assignment cost projections [with tax sign off] / Assignment Agreement creation / immigration completion / payroll instructions / vendor initiation / benefit initiation via local HR processes
  • Create and check all generated international assignment agreements, before issuing and signing as directed by DoA [delegation of authority]
  • Manages right to work compliances for international assignees.
  • Management of overall Mobility Immigration process for international assignees and escalation point for global transfers
  • Manages day-to-day global mobility query resolutions, escalating queries, where required from the internal system
  • Coordinates global mobility activities with Tax team, Payroll, HRBP and HR Services and Finance in order to ensure on time and in full global mobility service delivery.
