About Us: We're working with a leading main contractor specializing in infrastructure projects across the UK. We are currently spearheading a major highways project in Essex and are in need of a skilled Foreman to join our team immediately.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Foreman with extensive experience in highways projects, particularly in traffic management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on the highways project.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage traffic management procedures and ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and report on project milestones to project management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman on highways projects.
• In-depth knowledge of traffic management procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workload.
• Immediate availability for an immediate start.
