Location: Cambridge (projects across the Southeast)
Salary: Up to £90,000

The Role
As a Fit Out Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of high-end commercial fit-out schemes from pre-construction to handover. You’ll manage programmes, budgets, and teams to ensure every project runs smoothly — on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership while developing your own leadership profile in a collaborative, forward-thinking business.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead day-to-day site delivery of commercial fit-out projects
  • Manage programmes, subcontractors, design coordination, and resourcing
  • Ensure quality, safety, and technical standards are consistently achieved
  • Identify and resolve issues early to maintain progress and performance
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams
  • Maintain commercial oversight including budgets, variations, and reporting
  • Mentor junior staff and support a positive, solutions-focused team culture
About You
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial fit-out or refurbishment
  • 3+ years’ experience with a main contractor
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction, sequencing, and delivery
  • Confident client-facing communicator with solid stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially astute with cost control and reporting experience
  • SMSTS (or equivalent) certification essential
  • Degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
