An Electrical Site Manager is required to work for a large and highly reputable Design & Build M&E Contractor, on a major new-build residential project in North West London.
A PAYE appointment is preferred, however my client is open to freelance operatives on a CIS basis.

Duties:
- Supervise, monitor and delegate works to the electrical team
- Assure that works are completed to correct standards and to schedule.
- Co-ordinate materials and equipment.
- Tracking the cost of labour and reducing wherever possible
- Producing monthly valuations
- Prepare subcontract packages for procurement, agree contracts, and manage through to final account
- Produce monthly progress reports for the Project Manager and senior management
