Job description
Position: Electrical Lead
Location: London
An excellent job opportunity for an Electrical Lead to work on a major project - a large data centre in West London. The role should be familiar with the needs of putting operatives to work and supervising, intervening where necessary to ensure high and consistent standards of safety, quality and production are adhered to.
What will you be doing:
You will have qualifications in construction or other similar backgrounds. You have a CSCS manager or equivalent card and be trained to SMSTS standards. You are familiar with all aspects of managing construction operations. You are familiar with CDM and able to implement the role of the principal contractor. You are technically proficient in applying standards of supervision and record-keeping. You have familiarity with digital record keeping. You have familiarity with the implementation of RAMS and ITPs.

- Taking ownership and responsibility for leading the operations on a construction site
- Managing the entire electrical packages for the project
- Managing a team of engineers and management of subcontractors
- Creating a culture of safety first going home safe and well
- Applying the business standards to the operation of construction sites
- Coordinating works on-site ensuring safety quality and production are at the forefront of all operations
- Ensuring the site is presented professionally and organised to a high standard.
