Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Central London
Salary: £55,000-£60,000
The People Group are currently recruiting for a Electrical maintenance engineer for a market leading Facilities Services provider on a site based in London.

The People Group are currently recruiting for a Electrical maintenance engineer for a market leading Facilities Services provider on a site based in London.
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical tasks on small LV system electrical/mechanical installations, UPS back up systems, Vesda Gas Surpression systems, BMS operations, PMS operations, facility power distribution, lighting distribution and HVAC distribution, reporting as and where required.
- Carry out installation and fault finding/diagnostic and problem solving tasks on equipment whilst incorporating all manufacturing technical requirements/specifications, reporting as and where required.
- PPM / Reactive Maintenance.
Experience/Qualifications:
- City & Guilds Level 3 technical certification, ideally inspection and testing 2391.
- Exposure to LV systems, critical installations, HVAC & Mechanical operational systems.
- Experience in L8.
