Electrical Commissioning Manager
MEP Contracting / Building Services

A leading Tier 1 MEP Contractor is due to begin construction works on a 20MW, £43m M&E hyperscale Data Centre in London, contracting directly to the end client.
An Electrical Commissioning Manager with major project experience is required to work as part of a very strong delivery team.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Writing MEP commissioning brief and scope at an early stage of the project.
- Undertake whole project review in respect of commissioning.
- Develop and embed integrated working practices.
- Coordinating the inspection, identification, recognition and witnessing of technical elements and defects.
- Manage, oversee and direct the Quality Assurance strategy
- Commissioning and validation of all key critical systems
- Reviewing all cause and effect documentation
