We are a leading Tier 1 Mechanical & Electrical Contractor delivering high-value, complex projects across the UK. With a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to excellence, we’re now seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our dynamic team on-site in Slough.

The Role:
As a Document Controller, you will play a vital role in supporting the project delivery team by managing the flow of technical documents, drawings, and communications. This is a fully site-based role offering flexible working hours, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain all project documentation in line with company and client standards
  • Use of document control systems (ideally Asite or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)) to ensure efficient and secure document handling
  • Track and update drawing and document registers
  • Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure timely document submissions and approvals
  • Ensure version control and document accuracy across all project files
  • Support the site team with general administrative duties as required
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a Document Controller role, preferably within M&E or construction
  • Familiarity with Asite or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a site-based environment full-time
