As a Document Controller, you will play a vital role in supporting the project delivery team by managing the flow of technical documents, drawings, and communications. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all project documentation in line with company and client standards
- Use of document control systems (ideally Asite or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)) to ensure efficient and secure document handling
- Track and update drawing and document registers
- Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure timely document submissions and approvals
- Ensure version control and document accuracy across all project files
- Support the site team with general administrative duties as required
- Proven experience in a Document Controller role, preferably within M&E or construction
- Familiarity with Asite or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a site-based environment full-time
