Director of Development Management – Senior Leadership
Location - London
Are you an experienced construction consultancy leader with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Development Management?
Our client, a leading construction consultancy, is looking to appoint a director level candidate to head up this new but growing division of their business, with an existing global portfolio.
As the Director of Development Management, you will be responsible for developing the business strategy, launching the brand in the market, and growing the portfolio across UK & Europe and then US and APAC regions.
The role oversees business activities across the portfolio and is accountable for KPIs & business outcomes for portfolio. You will work closely with business unit leadership and be an integral member of the senior leadership team providing operational expertise, strategic planning & counsel to the leadership team. You will lead a team of circa twelve Development Management executives.

- You will have an extensive knowledge and understanding of Development Management and been responsible for a large, ideally international portfolio.
- Comprehensive expertise & knowledge of Construction Consultancy industry
- Advanced communication skills, effectively communicates at C-Suite & all levels in an
- Advanced leadership Inspiring/transformational leadership
- Demonstratable track record in a senior leadership/director role (or equivalent).
- Highly advanced level of commercial awareness, consulting & strategic acumen.
