Jennifer McBride

Jennifer joined People Group in 2024 to focus on the Consultancy and Developer sectors, bringing with her nearly two decades of Construction and Property recruitment experience.

She began her career in agency recruitment in 2006 before moving in-house, where she developed and led Talent Acquisition functions for leading organisations including Turner & Townsend, Sweett Group, Currie & Brown and ISG. Having sat on the client side and managed internal recruitment teams herself, Jennifer has a deep understanding of client expectations, hiring challenges and strategic workforce planning.

Working predominantly with main contractors and consultancy businesses, Jennifer specialises in executive search and senior-level appointments. Her insight, credibility and consultative approach enable her to successfully deliver on complex and hard-to-fill leadership roles.
