Job description
A Commercial Manager with strong experience, and knowledge, in civil engineering (i.e. earth works, groundworks, tunnelling) is needed on a large civils project with the top main contractors in the UK. This role offers great commercial exposure, hybrid working opportunities and the chance to be a part of one of the largest civil projects that will run between London and the West midlands.
As a Commercial Manager you will be supporting the sub-contractors who are handling £800million worth of packages, from their current design stage all the way to delivery.

A Commercial Manager you will have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (e.g. BSc)
- Demonstrable experience within engineering and civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of sub-contract management and the ability to handle changes in variations.
- The ability to manage and develop a commercial team of up to six people.
