- Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality standards, conducting regular inspections and resolving any issues that arise.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, keeping stakeholders informed of project status.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address any site-related challenges promptly and effectively.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing civil projects within the water sector.
- Thames Water Passport: Valid Thames Water Passport.
- Water Hygiene: Up-to-date Water Hygiene certification.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies related to water infrastructure.
- Temporary Works: Experience in the design, planning, or management of temporary works is highly desirable.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
