Up to £75,000 per annum + discretionary bonus
Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor MRICS ready to take the next step in your career?
People Group has exclusively collaborated with an award-winning multi-discipline practice in Watford.
We are looking to strengthen the building surveying team with the addition of a Chartered Building Surveyor. You will provide a range of building surveying services across Hertfordshire, Berkshire and Bedfordshire.
The Role
We’re seeking a confident, client-focused surveyor to deliver a broad range of professional and project work across the education, healthcare, and commercial sectors. From managing refurbishment and redevelopment schemes to carrying out technical due diligence and condition surveys, no two days are the same.
You’ll work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers within our integrated team contributing to projects that genuinely make a difference to communities and the built environment.
