Job Title: Assistant Site Manager
Location: Berkshire
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Package
Job Type: Permanent
We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a leading residential developer on an exciting new build project in Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to work on a traditional build residential development, delivering high-quality homes from groundworks through to final handover.
As the Assistant Site Manager, you will report directly to the Site Manager and be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day on-site operations. This includes managing sub-contractors, ensuring health & safety standards are upheld, and maintaining build quality and progress to programme.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on similar new build housing developments and a strong understanding of traditional build methods. A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach are essential.
