Position: Site Agent
Work Pattern: Nights
Rate: Outside IR35 / Umbrella CIS (awaiting IR35 Determination)
Start Date: October
Duration: 6 months
Lodging: Not included
Location: Cardiff
People Group are looking for either a Site Agent with demonstrable surfacing and airport experience to work for a Principle Contractor.

People Group are looking for either a Site Agent with demonstrable surfacing and airport experience to work for a Principle Contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and local authorities, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, material deliveries, and subcontractor reports.
- Manage site logistics, including plant and materials, to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Proven experience as a Site Agent on minor civil projects, ideally with a focus on airfields
- Educated to degree or higher level or equivalent in a numerate discipline, typically an Engineering discipline
- Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
