This reputable civil engineering contractor are aiming for massive growth in 2024 and need a Supply Chain Manager to help achieve this goal with relationship building both in the UK & Internationally.

Grown from a family run business to now a £100m+ turnover business. they are involved in major infrastructure projects both in the UK & Internationally and takes pride in their efforts of working with local suppliers.

This position is all about relationship building both within the company with your team and externally with contractors & clients alike. There is no ceiling for what is next within this role as it will all reflect in your ability to strengthen the company's position within the Infrastructure market.

Before you pack your sunglasses, to be a perfect candidate you will need to be able to:

  • Review current Supply Chain, assessing performance and whether current suppliers should be maintained or fresh relationships brought in.
  • Introducing yourself to the International market of Infrastructure and the companies capabilities.
  • Suporting the team by maintaining an up to date list of subcontractors to minimise disruption on all projects.
  • Create and implement a Supply Chain strategy that feeds into the overall business strategy.
  • Have experience with Sub-Contract procurement.
