Senior Quantity Surveyor - Design

looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong experience, and knowledge, in civil engineering (i.e. earth works, groundworks, tunnelling). A Senior Quantity Surveyor is needed on a joint venture with some of the largest main contractors in the UK to join their commercial team on a groundbreaking civils project. This role offers great commercial exposure, hybrid working opportunities and the chance for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to become a Commercial Manager by the end of the project.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be managing sub-contract packages and supporting the main contractors and sub-contractors in the conception stage the project is currently in and seeing it all the way through to delivery.

A Senior Quantity Surveyor you will have:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (e.g. BSc)
• Demonstrable experience within engineering and civil engineering. 
• Strong knowledge of sub-contract management and the ability to handle changes in variations.
• The ability to build and maintain relationships between main contractors and sub-contractors
