Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

MEP Specialist Consultancy
My client is a newly formed MEP Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management Consultancy that has rapidly built strong partnerships with highly successful clients in the Building Services industry.
These relationships have resulted in a solid pipeline of work since the beginning of the year and as a result of securing new contracts from existing clients, they are looking to hire a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor for a major laboratory project in Surrey. Preconstruction will start next month and the duration on site will be over 3 years.
You will be seconded into a Tier 1 MEP Contractor known throughout the industry for delivering highly successful projects and representing my client throughout the lifecycle of the project.
This position is available on either a PAYE basis that includes a package with 25 days annual leave, travel expenses/car allowance, private healthcare, a pension, and bonus potential.
