Senior Mechanical Estimator
MEP Contracting (Building Services)

My client is a market-leading, privately-owned Building Services contractor that has gained recognition for its successful execution of significant commercial, healthcare, and critical projects across the UK and Europe.
Due to new project wins, they seek a Senior Mechanical Estimator to join their London headquarters, contributing expertise to projects spanning multiple different sectors.
This role presents an exceptional chance to engage in high-value projects within an ambitious team, offering a clear path toward managerial roles.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Compiling tenders and acquiring pre-project data within specified timelines.
• Generating swift, precise, competitive, and profitable estimates from initial inquiries through to bid finalization.
• Pursuing submitted tenders and assessing subcontractor/vendor quotes for inclusions and exclusions.
• Engaging with clients in post-tender meetings and conducting presentations.
• Offering support and aiding the Estimating team.
• Attending tender meetings and follow-ups as necessary.
