Surrey - 12-Year Flagship Scheme
Up to £120,000 + Comprehensive Package - Permanent Role

The Role As Senior Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the commercial success of the development. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Quantity Surveyors and commercial staff
- Overseeing procurement strategies, cost planning, and contract negotiations
- Managing budgets, forecasts, and risk throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure commercial objectives are met
- Driving value engineering and cost control without compromising on quality
About You
- Proven experience in a Senior Commercial role within residential development or main contracting
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and UK construction law
- Track record of delivering complex, multi-phase residential projects (RC frame and traditional build)
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
