I am currently working with a principal contractor who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team on a large maintenance framework on the M25 that includes heavy civils.
As Quantity Surveyor you will be joining an established company that has a strong pipeline of future works and actively pushes you towards Senior Quantity Surveyor level and above so the door of opportunity is wide open, all you have to do is walk through.

What you'll be doing:
- Sub-contract Management
- Cost estimates and forecasting accuracy
- Weekly & monthly reporting of commercial performance (i.e. MPR, CRV commentary)
- Timely revenue from billing applications to customers
What you'll need:
- Degree qualified in a Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related course
(or equivalent qualification / relevant experience) - Hold or working towards RICS chartership (Desirable)
- Experience with major works in the civil engineering sector
