Are you an experienced Quality Manager interested in working across Europe for a company that has secured a reputation for excellence?
Due to the recent award of a brand new D&B turnkey project, we are recruiting a Project Quality Manager to be based in Vienna. This mission critical project has a value of around €100M and you will be part of a team taking it from foundation and groundworks phase through to superstructure, envelope and fit out.
Please note that this position will require you to be based in Vienna. We can accommodate either a fly in fly out arrangement (rotation would be 17/4) OR full relocation (which will be financially supported).
You'll be joining a privately owned Civil Construction Contractor, with a current headcount of around 240 and projected annual revenue of 180M. This is a great time to join a smaller contractor which has ambitious growth plans for their European business. Your contribution will be recognised and valued and you will be known by your name, not your payroll number.
As a Quality Manager you will be responsible for the development, implementation and application of company and project specific quality systems. Procedures including but not limited to ITP’s, inspection documentation, quality site inspections, benchmarking and non-conformances.

On offer is a salary of 90,000 - 110,000 Euros plus a full benefits package which will include Healthcare, EAP and 25 days holiday (increases with service) plus public holidays. Other duties:
- Manage Client satisfaction and liaise with them on quality issues
- Raise the profile and understanding of quality on a site level
- Provide quality advice and support to the projects teams when developing the Quality Management Plans
- Complete quality related training to employees
- Ensure that the quality site risks to which the company is exposed are fully identified and mitigated
To be successful in this position it is thought that you will:
- Hold an HND or Degree in a construction related subject
- Be a practitioner member of the CQI
- Have demonstrable experience of working as a Quality Manager on a consruction project (value £50M+)
