As a niche and highly specialised Marine / Environmental contractor, they offer a unique service to their client base across the Public and Private Sectors, as well as some high net worth individuals. Typically operating as a Principal Contractor, they delivery a projects across Frameworks and competitively tendered projects. They have a very, very good reputation and clients typically come to them.
Why might you want to consider this position?
As Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the whole project process; from work winning / acquisition through development, into delivery and then close out / handover. Projects will generally be below £2M in terms of individual value and you'll have several running concurrently, all in various stages. Form of contract would generally be NEC, although your client base will NOT be adversarial.
For you to be successful in this position, you will:

On offer is a salary of between 65,000 - 80,000 per annum with a car allowance of £8,100 OR company car (EV or hybrid), mileage, pension, profit share bonus and 25 days holiday that increase with service.

For you to be successful in this position, you will:
- Hold demonstrable experience in delivering civil engineering projects in the £500k - £2M value range
- Be educated to HND or Degree (or equivalent) level in Civil Engineering
- Ideally have experience of working on marine or wet civil projects, or have good experience with earthworks, piling or geotechnical type work.
- Have a clean driving licence and be happy to travel around the countryside (maybe 150 miles a week)
