Role: Project Manager
Location: Norfolk.
We are currently in the process of hiring a Project Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a large-scale mixed-use construction project based in Norfolk.
Type: Freelance.
Duration: Ongoing
Salary/Rate: Up to £450 per day via Ltd Company or PAYE Umbrella, dependent on skills and experience. This role has been deemed to be outside IR35 if necessary, if it passes the IR35 assessment, this will be assessed for each candidate.

As a Project Manager, your principal roles and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and reporting to the Program Lead/Project Director.
- Planning and managing the effective delivery of all assigned projects.
- Scope out and ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule.
- Ensure that all projects comply with local, UK-specific, and EU- regulations.
- Ensuring adherence to all UK building codes.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Identify potential project risks and develop and proactively apply strategies to mitigate them.
- Be diligent, efficient and pay great attention to detail to deliver quality output.
- Collecting and analysing data to efficiently support decision-making.
- Track and report the progress of all ongoing projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Project Management.
- 2+ years of professional construction experience with a Main Contractor.
- Client-facing/Live working environment experience.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- SMSTS or equivalent Health & Safety Certificate.
- Qualified first aider.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously. =
