Senior MEP Commercial Manager

We are seeking a seasoned MEP Commercial Manager to join a globally recognised contractor within their specialst MEP Division, focusing on newly secured projects in central London.
This role presents a unique opportunity to collaborate with a leading industry contractor, offering the chance to take full commercial responsibility while reporting directly to a Senior Commercial Director.
The projects involve new commercial shell and core, as well as fit-out work in Central London, with MEP package values exceeding £40 million. You'll have the advantage of being involved from the early preconstruction phase, guiding the project through to its completion.
