Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include:
- Producing drawings to meet company standards.
- Revising drawings as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Distributing drawings to relevant personnel and sites as required.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with Design Engineers regarding project progress.
- Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to meet project needs.
- Creating, modifying, and managing MEP Revit Models.
- Collaborating with architects and engineers on projects using a Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Demonstrated experience as a CAD Technician, preferably in the building services or construction industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in producing and revising technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of MEP systems and Revit Models is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with working in a Common Data Environment (CDE) is a plus.
