One of the most prominent and respected M&E Contractors in the UK is seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial support for a significant life sciences project in Central London.

Experience with NEC projects is essential, and the position is available either on a PAYE or Contract basis

This presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a seasoned commercial team on a major project conveniently situated near key London transportation hubs.

Brief responsibilities

• Ensure timely submission, compilation, and agreement with onsite personnel and client representatives on measurement/submission matters.
• Collaborate with the project team to produce submissions and reach agreements with client representatives/site teams, while regularly updating the project cost plan, generating budgets, and confirming budgetary figures within the designated timeframe.
• Participate in monthly project reviews with the leadership team and generate surveying reports.
• Attend monthly meetings with surveying teams and clients to negotiate variations and cost plan applications.
